I titrated down on sema a little while back and the hunger came back with a vengeance. And I got all bloated. My weight started to creep up and it freaked me out. I'm back up to my regular dose now.

No big deal at all. I did it for almost a year. I'd do 2.5 mg one morning and 2.5 mg like 3-4 days later in the evening. Honestly with the half-life of tirz, taking it both times in the morning probably wouldn't even make a difference lol.
