I finally did it! I mean, I *actually* did it a few weeks ago, but I'm still celebrating! I started this journey at 250 lbs, and my target was 150. This morning, the scale read 147!

Even better, I compared snapshots from about a year back, and I'm shocked at how much younger I appear! I'm so grateful for this amazing medication that's helped me manage my type 2 diabetes, look better, and, most importantly, feel better.

Pic one is from August of last year, and the second one's from today!

You look fantastic! But the real thing is the happiness that shines through... You are glowing. Congrats on all your achievements!

You look amazing, congratulations! Your 'after' picture has a bit of a Claudia Winkleman vibe (she is a British presenter known for her dark eyeliner and fringe/bangs)

I was just about to comment on how youthful you look. It's clearly you, but you seem so refreshed and radiant. Huge congrats - losing 103lbs in less than a year is a HUGE ACCOMPLISHMENT! I'm really happy for you.

Wow, incredible! As you mentioned, you look younger. While maintaining a healthy lifestyle is always beneficial, it doesn't always have the same effect on everyone; some people develop more wrinkles. But it looks fantastic on you! Enjoy the results, girl!

Beautiful then and now! But wow, you weren’t kidding, you look a lot younger! That glow is no joke! That’s a lot of work, the results are incredible and seriously inspiring!

It's wonderful to see the positive impact these medications can have when used responsibly and under medical supervision. As BraveLife mentioned, results vary, but the improvements in metabolic health and overall well-being are often significant.

what strikes me is how this changes the whole conversation about health. used to be all willpower, now we see biology matters. but it's expensive, hard to access, and not everyone gets coverage — doesn't feel fair.
