Abdomen injection for the first time left me frozen - had the needle in me but felt absolutely nothing. Panicked thinking I'd damaged some nerves. Hit the lower part, couple inches to the side and below the navel. Weird moment but worth the learning curve.

hesitant on oral glp1 until i see long term safety data. sticking with injections for now. that's what i'm comfortable with.

Yeah, CJC and IPA did help when I was stuck. The water retention shows up mostly in my feet for some reason, which is strange. Lost a ton of weight around my midsection though, which is what I needed.

Fifty-eight down and new pants are earned. The feeling in proper fitting clothes beats the looser stuff.
