    Enough with the protein craze?

    When eating less overall it makes sense to really focus on getting enough fluids, fiber and protein in the day. A basic multivitamin wouldn't hurt either since you're consuming fewer calories total.

    That concern makes sense, but you're careful about what goes in your body which is good practice regardless.

    GLP-1s and a new lease on life!

    I was into exercise before I ever touched GLP-1, and dropping 30 lbs naturally felt amazing. The med is just helping me lean out faster. If down the road studies say these are problematic long-term, I'll reassess, but for now they're tools that work when I need them.
