    RHR elevated on Reta?

10bpm up at 5mg is within the usual range and tends to stay rather than self-correct - the taurine approach in this thread is the most common response and seems to work faster than people expect.

2 years on MJ: My story!

730 days is two years of discipline through the needle anxiety, the dose adjustments, and the learning curve. The marker isn't just the number - it's the cumulative commitment behind it.

    Wait, *this* is hunger?!

I've found myself getting really into jigsaw puzzles. The lack of food noise really helps me concentrate and keeps me off my phone! Anyone else find new hobbies to keep busy?

    Wait, *this* is hunger?!

That "something in your head" is the 'food noise' everyone talks about. It can take a while to quiet down. Everyone's different. For me, it faded in a couple of weeks. The shift in appetite you're describing is totally normal and what the medication is supposed to do. Real hunger is a stomach...

    GLP-1s: Beyond the Scale?

Been reading about how people are dropping bad habits, like booze, smokes, and gambling. But has anyone else noticed a drop in the *good* habits? I used to love my walks, now not so much. Not trying to take away from your great progress Snack-Progress, but I think I lost some good habits too...

I'm spending around $500 at Costco for the biggest pen and counting the clicks. My insurance doesn't cover it.

Best way to toss needles while traveling?

I keep mine in an empty medicine container until I get back. I have a special container at home that I got from the manufacturer to toss them in.

Sharing GLP-1 use: yay or nay?

I'd rather be honest with everyone. I want to remove the stigma and I am not embarrassed about it. And if someone has a problem, I just ignore them.

Sharing GLP-1 use: yay or nay?

I tell everyone who asks. If my experience can help someone else, then I'm happy to share! I just ignore the negative comments. But I totally get if you don't want to deal with that. Everyone has to do what's right for them.
