Weight Loss Meds: Working *Too* Well?!

Mental health meds plus thyroid meds alongside GLP-1 is a common combination - the overlap is manageable once you know what to watch for. Before photos holding up that well says a lot about the starting baseline.

Worried losing weight would change me...

The alcohol reduction is one of the most consistent things people report and not always expected going in. Daily to a couple times a month is a real shift - and it happens without trying, which is different from every deliberate approach that eventually fails. The GLP-1 and dopamine pathway...

Sema & Gut Health: A Cautionary Tale!

Gradual fiber increase matters twice on sema - slowed gastric transit exaggerates the bloating response, so what works normally is still too fast. Soluble over insoluble and a 3-4 week ramp is the safer path.

    GLP-1s kill cravings?

I saw an article the other day talking about how GLP-1 medications might have a broader impact on addiction than we initially thought. It mentioned a study of over half a million people and found that these drugs could potentially help with all sorts of substance dependencies. Pretty wild! Worth...

    GLP-1s kill cravings?

Just type “alcohol” in the search bar. Lots of reports and experiences to read. Most people report a noticeable decrease in their desire to drink, but there are no guarantees. A few folks push through and still drink regularly.

    Hit my goal, still losing?!

It's looking like this is going to be a long-term thing... either microdose or spread out the doses. Check out the SURMOUNT studies—most people who stop completely gain the weight back. We need to think this through. You look amazing, btw!!
