Cheaper Tirz in CA?

A friend of mine was all set to go with the pharmaceutical company's direct program at $400 monthly, but I'm trying to find a safer and more budget-friendly compounded option for her. I've suggested one compounder before, but I'm sure there are even better ones now. Big Easy Weight Reduction is getting shout-outs from randoms on that other site for like, $160 a month to get started, but I bet folks here have better insight. Anyone got good experiences with legit and budget-friendly Tirz compounders that deliver to California?

I know, I know, I'm only familiar with the grey market myself. I'm hoping someone started with compounded options and then transitioned here. Fingers crossed. And thanks to whoever moved this—it does seem like a quiet corner of the forum. Understandable, though.

I used a company named Big Easy Weight something or other for a time and they were average.

Edit: My mistake, I assumed sourcing discussions didn't include compounding. Sorry if I jumped the gun.

Here's a list I saw on that other site. Some I haven't heard of. Thanks everyone!

Refills
JoinBigEasy
Fifty410
BrelloHealth
Gimme. Care
LavenderSkyHealth
GobyMeds
GoodLifeMeds

LavenderSky is known to be good, but pricier. I've heard Big Easy is very active on Reddit and has great customer service, especially if she needs guidance. One of the cheaper options for bigger doses is Pomegranate health. Lower price, lower service, but it got the job done for me. As MountainMama303 mentioned, check the Reddit link. It's a mess of repeated questions and complaints, but there's some good info on compounding too. I hope this helps your friend!

The cheapest price I could find was through Refills. Go to the the community subreddit for their special deal; the link is always pinned at the top. I'd suggest saying you're on the 15mg dose so they send you the 72mg vials—they last a while!

Refills is good, use the promo link from March that's stickied on their Reddit. They don't use additives from ProRx either. Trillium also uses Pro Rx but their customer support is way better overall and the prices are a bit higher.

There's a site called GLPWINNERS dot com where you can find a bunch of online telehealth compounding companies...she can compare the prices from different vendors and check client reviews. That's where I sent my sister until she finally came over to the 'grey' side. She watched me drop like, 30 lbs for practically nothing over a few months, while she was paying 200+! She got over her worries in about 3 months.

I used Mochi before I dove into the grey waters. I was happy with them. Quite cheap for a compounding pharmacy. They compounded the Tirz with glycine. I still supplement with Glycine with my grey tirz for maintenance.

I used Brello. If I'd stayed with compounded stuff, I prolly would have tried Big Easy. I know some people who like Brello and are happy campers.

Brello seems to have a super loyal following, and a lot of people love their stuff. I ordered it once but never even used it. The brown vials, the additives, and the amateur-looking vial labels kinda turned me off. But hey, I got it on the cheap and used the Rx with another provider a month later who needed proof of my dose.

I'm not a huge fan of Dave, the owner of Big Easy. Like with the other company, a lot of people dig him, but he's not my cup of tea, so I'd personally avoid ordering from them.

Before I found the grey, I used Refills and Pomegranate for compounded tirz. Both were OK.

Fasting_Taco317, the folks in the compounded tirzepatide Reddit are a good resource. It's a big community with tons of knowledge about who ships to CA and who has the best prices. For me, though, finding a compounding pharmacy I trusted was more important than just price. I'd prefer a 503b pharmacy — just my two cents.

FYI, Pomegranate went through some drama on Reddit. Their vendor site got hacked and then a moderator (who wasn't an employee) leaked personal info on the subreddit.

If your friend is having trouble finding a local pharmacy that provides custom compounding can't those online peptide sites sell the chemicals and a local pharmacy could whip something up? Not sure if this is an option...

No way is a legitimate compounding pharmacy gonna touch peptides someone bought online. Those sites are all selling stuff "for research only" or "lab use only", meaning it's not approved for us humans. Not judging anyone who uses them, but a legit pharmacy won't touch them with a ten-foot pole.

Check out APS Pharmacy. I know someone who has been using them for years for HCG, test, and other stuff. They said their prices are pretty good and they ship to most states. They even toured the facilities and were impressed. They said if you email them, mention you were referred from the other forum for a good price.

Bulk order thresholds for free shipping are worth checking in the sourcing thread before deciding on quantity.
