Down sizes! 6 months progress.

Started at 278 lbs, now at 231 lbs, aiming for 198. I'm turning 55 next week! Been on 2mg for about 2 months. I haven't been exercising, but I know I need to start soon!
 
I can see your confidence shining through! Love the blue and your hair. I understand about the knees - even small amounts of activity can make a difference!
 
I'm scheduled to increase to 2 mg, but I'm worried about the side effects. Did you experience any significant changes when you increased your dose?

Water aerobics could be good! I've also heard good things about recumbent bikes.
 
That's awesome progress! I've been on this stuff for a while, and looking back at old photos is a huge motivator. It's not just about the number on the scale, but how much healthier I feel. Keep up the great work!
