Anyone lose on the baby doses? .25 or .5?

I lost 70 lbs on 0.5mg. I upped it to 1mg but stopped losing weight, so I went back down to 0.5mg and it started working again. I'm not sure why, but I'm not complaining.

Okay, that's great to hear! I don't really want to go to 1.0 if I don't have to. Here's where I'm at:
- 0.25 for a month
- 0.50 since then
- Lost: 55 lbs
- To go: 25 lbs
- Goal: 80 lbs
- Time on med: 36 weeks
- Time to goal: 16 weeks?

I'm planning on going back down to 0.25 when I hit my goal.

My A1c improved a little on the lower doses, but I didn't really see the pounds drop until I got to 1-2mg. The last time I was tested, my A1c levels were normal for the first time in a decade. If I can just lose another 10 pounds, my BMI will be in the normal range for the first time in probably 20 years.

I lost around 30 pounds between .25 and .5. Now that I’m at 1mg, though, my weight loss has come to a full stop. It's frustrating!

I'm definitely finding I need to watch my portions more!

I've been using 0.5mg for a year and a half now and I've dropped about 70 pounds.
That's awesome! I'm hoping to get there eventually.

It's been five months for me, and I feel great! My doc wants to bump me up to 5, which sounds good since the food noise is coming back a little on 2.5. Anyone else experience that?

I've heard that some people experience increased hunger after a few months on a lower dose. It might be time to increase!
