Good on 1.0, moved to 1.5 a month ago. Side effects are nasty — constant sulphur burps, bloating, stomach pain. Lost 40 lbs on the schedule up to 30 units over months. Hunger was easy before, going back to 1.0.
Been at 210 myself, so I feel this. Hit my first plateau around week 3 - appetite suppression didn't kick in until I was steady at a higher dose. For me, staying put for a few weeks made sense before jumping up. My doc said the body needs time to adapt. You're doing great with the workouts - that matters. Keep the dose steady and see if week 6 brings the shift you're waiting for.
Inconsistent dosing makes it hard to know whether the response is from the dose or the variation. Standardizing to one known amount for a few weeks before titrating gives cleaner feedback.
The end-of-pen boost from the overfill is worth doing if the pen allows - the residual in the mechanism after the last full dose is real and not negligible. Whether you're drawing .25 or .50 the math on what's left over works the same way.
