Hey all, been reading for ages, finally posting.
Before starting this, my health was a mess. BP was sky high, nearly diabetic, snoring like a chainsaw, cholesterol through the roof, and pushing 300 lbs. I knew I was heavy, but didn't think it was a huge deal.
Then one day I bent over to tie my shoe and was gasping for air. That was it for me.
I tried the Kerotone diet and got down to about 270. Didn't last, and I was back up to 285 in a few weeks. My doc put me on Zepbound, and that really made a difference.
Now:
My blood pressure is great
No more diabetes
Sleep like a baby
Down from a size 3X to an XL
Waist went from 46 to 38
From 285 lbs down to 220 (aiming for 210)
Most of all, I'm so much more confident. I am finally liking what I see in the mirror.
