Down 36lbs - can't believe it!

36 pounds with before photos to prove it is the kind of post that makes this community worth being in. The photo log idea is smart too - the changes are gradual enough that you literally can't see them without the reference point. How long has the journey been?

190 to 154 with 20 more to the goal is where the rate slows and the photo log becomes the most useful tool.

190 to 154 is close enough to the lower goal range that the body is likely defending the set point more actively - the last 20 lbs at GLP-1 dose is usually slower, and most people find the schedule extends rather than the loss stops.

SW 190 to CW 154 with GW at 130-135 puts you most of the way there - 36 lbs and the photo log is the right call because the brain's self-image updates slower than the scale moves. The progress at this stage is usually more visible to others than to the person who lived through it gradually.

0.35 lb/day on the linear regression is the kind of data that makes it easier to stay patient on the slow days. Tirz for the first month and then switching to Reta based on goals is the rational sequencing approach - you got a read on each separately rather than starting both at once. The OP's 36 lbs and needing a photo log to believe it is the perceptual lag that the chart work helps with.
