I had a TDEE-500cal cut until I got to 1500. If I dipped under 1500, I started feeling weak and tired in past experiences.
I hear you. I just try to eat regular meals throughout the day, focusing on protein and veggies. I'll only track it if I feel like I've stalled or something.PulseRoad said:Wait, we're tracking that?

Yeah, that's not uncommon when you start these meds. It should pass after a bit.
