Skin removal after weight loss?

Something I didn't expect - my eyes look bigger! I guess I had a lot of fat around my eyebrows, haha.

Anyone else notice unexpected changes?

Totally! My feet got smaller. All my shoes are too big now!

Had something similar with another supplier once - label just had numbers and a barcode, no info on what was actually in it. Guy said it was legit but couldn't prove it. I didn't want to fight so I took the loss and never ordered from them again.

Brain and skin adjust slower than the loss happens. Stuck in that weird middle spot where you look fine dressed but feel off naked. That deflated thing occurs a lot. Strength training is the biggest fix. Does not gotta be intense just regular.

54lbs is massive. After losing 70lbs in 14 months I had to replace basically my whole closet - socks, underwear, everything. It's one of those side effects nobody warns you about.

I looked into that stack after my own weight drop. The muscle retention part is real - especially if you're young and training hard. Water bloat cleared fast for me once the cycle ended. My thought is you've lost enough that you can afford to focus on building now instead of chasing more loss. The recovery peptides might be worth the conversation with your doc.

The reframing of loose skin as the same skin without the fill is actually useful for how you approach it. Some of it does shrink over time, especially in younger people - 26 is a good age for that recovery. What's still left to lose at this point?
