5 months & 60+ lbs gone!

That's really impressive congrats. I was running Ozempic for 10 months and dropped 30. Then my doc moved me over to Mounjaro. Been on it for 6 weeks now, did 4 weeks at 2.5 then went up to 5 for 2 weeks, and honestly I haven't lost anything. Actually ended up 7 heavier.

HR jumped from 66 to 80 since starting Retatrutid two months back. Also getting bad sleep - waking every hour or so. Training 4-5x a week at the gym, so this is not normal for me.

No bad side effects here either? The big win for me was dropping A1C from 11.2 down to 6.8 in just a few months. Lost 30 lbs too and I'm at 1mg now since October 2025. My doc wanted 2mg but I'm sticking with what's working.

I'm on painkillers for a herniated disc and didn't research interactions before starting. After a week the pills stopped working for my pain. Took me days to put it together. Thankfully it cleared up 24-36 hours after I stopped. Could've been way worse.

6 years after my stroke, I've lost 168 lbs. Type 2 diabetes is in remission. High blood pressure gone. Sleep apnea gone. Had cardiac ablation for the AFIB. Depression is handled. Made myself a promise years ago to turn my health around. Never too late for that kind of change.

The libido reduction on tirz is documented and shows up more in people who had a stronger baseline - the hormonal recalibration during active weight loss compounds the GLP-1 effect. Most people report it normalizing within a few months either as the body adjusts or after the rate of loss slows.
