Right now 2 mg every 4-5 days works best for my situation. If that stops kicking in, I'll bump it higher. That said, your own reaction will be totally individual. Most folks do great on 1 mg alone. You've gotta figure out if it cuts appetite, leads to loss, or triggers nausea, loose stools, or constipation. Some notice sour burps, acid reflux, skin stuff, or sleep trouble. A lot of that comes from ramping the dose too quick. If you hit side effects, stay put and let them ease off. No loss yet? Then maybe go higher.
