Ozempic success...now what?

Down 50 lbs, yay! I'm basically at my goal weight, but I'm TERRIFIED of stopping the injections. I'm scared I'll just gain it all back immediately!

I know some people are scared of long-term medication use, but honestly, the risks of obesity are often higher than the risks of staying on a GLP-1. It's a personal decision, but something to consider.

5 weeks in and the scale keeps bouncing around between 214-216. Might grab a tape measure to see if I'm shrinking even if the pounds aren't moving fast. The dizziness is annoying but blood pressure stays solid at home.

Ozempic helping me out now but I know I've got some food habits to work through eventually. It's about picking the right approach for each specific issue.

Same here. Used to go through coffee like it was water, now I barely finish one cup. It's wild how much the medication changes your relationship with everything, including caffeine.

Started w/ a goal of 225 but adjusted it multiple times til i felt happy and healthy. don't lock in a number right away — you've got room to figure it out as you go. sounds like you're doing amazing!

Fear of stopping at goal is the near-universal maintenance anxiety. Berberine as insulin-sensitizer support after the tirz work makes sense as a step-down protocol.
