Down 65 lbs. Feeling Amazing!

That's impressive, seriously. The skin thing hit you too - especially the arms. Age definitely plays a role, but you're younger than you think weight-wise in terms of recovery. Your body's going to bounce back more than mine ever will. The transformation speaks volumes.

Right?! Being able to fit somewhere comfortably without that tight squeeze? That's been one of the biggest wins for me with this whole thing.

That's awesome, seriously! Loose skin can get tightened up with time and movement. Winter makes everything harder though—just staying warm is enough. I didn't hit the gym for 2 years, started at home with stretching 3x a week. Walking is a perfect start. Keep pushing, you've got this.

Hit 159 today on my bathroom scale-first time dropping below 160. At 4'11" that marks a major milestone. Started at 173, using 0.5mg for about 4 months. Doing really well.

50 pounds on Mounjaro since October with 13 left is exactly the phase where the mental component becomes the dominant story - the physical scale number matters less and less when the daily experience has shifted this much.
