Best way to track dosages?

Most aren't confident without a prescription equivalent. Nothing in some peptide stacks has that. Some are sold OTC for other uses, but the bar is higher when there's no human medicine version out there.

If the appetite returned after 5 days I'd bump up a notch - that's what I usually do anyway. Just started 10mg. Results vary by person. Willpower never was my strength...

Got a 100mg GHK-Cu vial, reconstituted in 10ml BAC. Two to four days after pinning I got big red welts and hard nodules under the skin. My dose was 1.5mg. Do I need to dilute it more? Anyone else had this?

So many options to track dosages, it's kinda overwhelming. I'm planning on starting my treatment soon (like, within the next couple weeks), and my doctor suggested keeping tabs on the amount and setting up reminders. Honestly, I'm lost on where to even begin. I've checked out a few dose trackers, but they seem to want money for basic stuff. What are you all using nowadays?

I just write the date and dose on the box, in case I'm not sure if I took it that week. If you're nervous you'll forget, could you put it as an appointment in your phone calendar?

I use an app to track the dose and any side effects. I don’t think it has reminders though, so I just use my phone’s regular reminders.

Spent years dodging the scale and went from 7xl down to small or medium before I had the courage to look. Even then, shocked to still be 115kg with lots of room to go. Size drops work but clothes are less precise than numbers.

Hey everyone! I actually created an app and keep updating it regularly. It's got pretty much every feature you can think of. And most of it is free! I'm talking med levels, personalized notifications, connection to your health app, charts.... I tried to include everything that matters when you're taking these meds. And I'm pretty proud of the photo comparison tool. Plus, all your data is stored locally for privacy. Try it out and let me know what you think!

shot wednesday night. thursday: hunger dropped, stomach felt off, super tired. by end of day food just sitting there, muscles aching. overnight was rough, stomach didn't settle. friday morning, barely ate anything, just coffee. still a bit scared.

Try this other app. The AI food logging costs extra, but the other features are free, and it syncs with your Apple health data.
