Best way to track dosages?

Thanks for all the suggestions, everyone! I'm leaning towards just keeping it simple with my phone's calendar for now. Maybe I'll check out some of these app options later. I'm just starting on the lowest dose anyway, so I probably don't need anything fancy just yet.

I've been on this since January, down about 35 pounds! Started at 0.25mg, now on 1mg. It took awhile, but looking back at pictures I now see the difference!

Yeah, I'm going for it too. Down 80 lbs but my levels are still low. Trying not to lose muscle on top of fat loss, so I'm thinking EOD or daily SubQ rotating around. Hoping for steady levels and fewer sides that way.

if you were still dropping weight on your current dose, no real reason to bump it. i don't even think about moving up til i've hit 4+ weeks of zero loss while doing everything right. here's a solid vid on dosing and plateaus.

have health anxiety but mentioned it to my doctor and he thought it was worth a try. only side effect was weight loss and mild nausea once when i overate. lost what i needed to, on maintenance now. so glad i did this.

Clear whey isolate in water is one of the few protein formats that doesn't trigger the GI sensitivity that standard concentrates do on these meds - the 20g per serving without the lactose or fat load is what makes it practical at lower eating windows.
