Favorite healthy meals?

avocados are my go-to. cut one up, mix in chickpeas or black beans, raw red onion, cherry tomatoes, add lime or italian dressing. hits perfect and super healthy. weird to call fruit but whatever.
 
Second week at 0.25mcg. Still have appetite suppression but acid reflux and nausea the day after pinning—super sensitive to Tirz apparently. Took famotidine at night, woke up fine. Eating more today than I could last week without nausea. Had food allergies and gastroparesis before. Digesting better now, eating without guilt.
 
When you're heavy at the start you drop weight fast—your body's used to constant carbs and sweets. Stop all that cold and you'll lose quick, especially working out. After a few months you level off. The blood work will tell the real story. You did amazing!
 
That creator on YouTube has amazing whole food weight loss recipes for every meal. Introduced me to scrambled eggs with roasted butternut squash and sour cream, honestly one of the yummiest things I eat now. Great macros, keeps me full forever, packed with protein and good carbs and fats.
 
Protein-forward habits tend to develop naturally once the portion size drops - every calorie carries more weight when the buffer of volume eating disappears.
