I also like Just Bare lightly breaded chicken breasts. I air fry them and eat them plain. They're addictive at 210 calories with 22 grams protein. (Probably the salt!)

I have a rice cooker with a basket. I throw in rice, water, and bone broth (I get single-cup portions from Costco), then broccoli in the basket, and cook a chicken breast or tuna filet in the air fryer.

Takes about 2 minutes to prep.

My husband keeps a freezer full of cheap turkeys, chopped veggies, and beef from a neighbor. We thaw them in the fridge, then bake a turkey with potatoes and veggies about once a month. We eat on that, then it becomes dog food. Same with steaks. Growing your own herbs is also super handy!

Not a problem for me! But I'm still tempted to share a crazy YT video I saw about a 'food'. It's not tempting, just funny how people eat.

I am, at 6mg. I haven't gotten the burps or nausea yet. It might depend on what you eat. My diet is really boring: chicken, broccoli, plain Greek yogurt with granola, and protein bars.

It's from the delayed digestion process; food stays in your stomach longer.

It's crazy how some people have severe side effects on low doses, while others don't feel anything on 10x the dose. I could barely eat at first. I was injecting 1mg Reta every 4-5 days and was exhausted. Hopefully, I can adjust and move up to 1mg/week with no side effects.

The delay is great for me! No more stomach issues! I still have a good appetite and lots of energy. Doctors could never figure out my gut issues, which started in the military. GLP-1s have been magical. Previously, only painkillers worked to slow things down.

I mostly air fry proteins and veggies and mix and match all week. It's getting to be the time of year I start making meat slop. It's the perfect bodybuilding meal. Look up silverhydra meat slop. His site is gone, but the recipe is still out there. It's kind of like chili.

I've been making protein coffee popsicles and love them. I start with a large coffee, add half a cup of half n half, a scoop of chocolate peanut butter protein, and 2 teaspoons of coffee concentrate.

Since GLP-1s reduce appetite, it's important to consider how to manage leftovers.

Soups, stews, and chilis can last a week, or longer if you freeze portions. They even taste better the next day. I also try to buy organic vegetables because they taste better, which makes me eat more salads!

My favorite recipe is Caldo de Albóndigas, a meatball soup from México.

If you need protein, crush two cans of chicken with buffalo sauce. Nearly 100g of protein!

That's a really great idea, but be careful about the sodium content in canned chicken! Maybe rinse it first?

I've been skipping meals because I have zero appetite. I realize I need nutrients, though. Does anyone have suggestions for a quick meal that's easy on the stomach?

I've noticed red meat and greasy/spicy foods upset my stomach. Switching to fish made a huge difference and lessened side effects. In a way, this medicine is forcing me to eat better.

Protein is so important! I lost a lot of weight at first but now my weight loss has stopped even though I'm hardly eating. I think I need to make sure I'm getting enough protein again.
