I've heard some people split their doses. I'm curious if @GeneProgress has considered that. I saw someone mention that it helped them with side effects and also with keeping the hunger at bay later in the week.

I totally get that! Maybe increase by a smaller amount than prescribed? Some people find that going slowly helps with side effects.
