Can you see a change?

I began taking Ozempic around early November of '25. My weight was about 316 pounds then, and now the scale reads 252 pounds. Am I imagining things, or is there a noticeable difference? I snapped this photo today while trying on some outfits.

It's hard to believe! I don't think I've ever been able to comfortably fit into a size 2X before. They actually fit today!

Lower doses started great at 0.25 and 0.5 but hunger came back quick. Don't be scared to titrate up! And get enough protein. Helps tons.

I was taking 2mg but it was too high a dose for me. I lowered it to 1.5mg, and that was still too strong, so I'm back to 1mg. I'm thinking of trying 1.5mg again next week to see if it works better this time.

I'm a 56-year-old female myself, and I can tell you're half the person you were before, in a positive way. Wonderful progress! You must be feeling a lot better these days.

Hey @Quinn, don't forget that muscle weighs more than fat! Even if the scale slows down, you're still making progress. I saw a guy on Reddit who dropped over 80lbs and is now maintaining. He said even if the BMI calculator still puts him in the 'overweight' category, he's focusing on building muscle and feeling good. Keep up the great work!

That is great advice

I was just thinking about weight training.

Realizing now my smaller body is a target for unwanted attention, especially from men. Other women dealing with this? Verbal harassment reminds me I'm smaller and can't defend myself like before. Get stared at, don't feel safe in places that never felt unsafe. More aware of strength differences.
