Starting Reta - First Week Results?

Got more energy at first but hitting some fatigue now - probably not eating enough honestly. Diet made the biggest difference for me, swapping junk carbs for protein and complex stuff. No more afternoon crashes.

Got spooked about side effects so dosed twice weekly and went to e3d as I increased. Didn't want to overdo it. Plan to overshoot eventually and dose once weekly but haven't felt confident with current results yet.

Lost 47 lbs from 242 starting-only husband noticed. Recall from losing weight 10 years back, first 50 is easier. Next 50 tougher. Doc visit next week-she'll be thrilled with results.

Full labs before adding growth hormone or androgens to a stack is the right sequence. IGF-1 and testosterone baselines tell you what the body is actually doing before you add variables. The third or fourth month is also when the initial Reta adaptation has settled, which makes it a cleaner point to assess whether additional compounds are actually needed.

3 lbs in the first week on 2mg is ahead of average. Reta appetite suppression builds over 3-4 weeks rather than hitting immediately - the weight movement usually comes before the hunger control becomes obvious.

10 vials with BAC paired is the right call for a slow titration - not racing through supply at the starting dose. R10 at 6+ weeks per vial is conservative in a good way; the slow ramp gives the GI system time to adjust before hitting the higher doses where Reta's effect compounds.
