Hi all! Started on Ozempic around summer of '23 and got to my goal in about 9 months. I'm at my wedding weight, kinda crazy! What's even wilder, I did my checkup last week. The doctor had me do a bunch of blood work. She said that even though I'm pushing 60, my body's working like I'm in my mid-twenties. All my levels looked fantastic.
She even said that BMI is just one way to look at things. If I feel good, exercise, eat well, and I'm living a full life, then I shouldn't stress too much about a single number. My advice: don't get too caught up in online debates about ideal weight, which are often based on limited data. Get your own tests done and see how *your* body is doing. Thanks, Novo!
