It's so worth it! Still on my way...

I've managed to drop from 194 to around 152 since May of last year. It's been a challenge, no doubt, but my energy levels are way up, and I just feel so much better, both physically and mentally. Honestly, for me, it's almost more of a mental health boost than anything! Getting closer to feeling like myself again! ❤️

That's awesome progress! You should be so proud. Could you share what dosage you're on? And what strategies you found helpful to achieve those results?

I've been on Mounjaro for a while now. I started because I'm T2D and it's been a game changer for my blood sugar. I'm planning to stay on it indefinitely. Glad to hear it's working for you too!

It's great to hear success stories! For anyone just starting out, remember that these medications are tools, and lifestyle changes are still crucial. You can check out the for more information.

I've been maintaining for about 6 months now. It's definitely a different game than losing! I still eat what I want, but I pay attention to portions and get to the gym 3-4 times a week. It's totally doable!
That's exactly what I'm hoping for! What's your maintenance dose?

Started early October at 96.2 kg now at 77.6 heading toward 65. Still on just 1 mg and honestly love it so much. Chatter dropped so much I can focus on other things. Swear my anxiety got better. Worth every bit.

DEXA is the best way to measure body composition that I know of. Not perfect but better than guessing. Had my third scan today, started back in January.

Got dizzy once and took some sugar. Still eat sugar snacks but way less than before. Usually a small meal and snack at lunch, main meal and snack at dinner, sometimes two snacks. Cut sugar pretty hard at first so it was easy to notice what I needed.

194 to 152 with the energy and mental improvement running alongside is the combination that makes the effort sustainable long-term.
