Gained all the weight back. Anyone else?

Lost 100 the hard way, gained 80 back. Lost 50 more, gained 30. Finally figured out this is the only path that sticks permanently and keeps T2 off the table. Worth it.
 
Microdosing to maintain rather than stopping is the underused option - full therapeutic dose isn't required to slow regain.
 
The regain after stopping is the consistent finding across GLP-1 trials - the medication suppresses appetite while active and that suppression ends when the medication does.
