Gained all the weight back. Anyone else?

Regaining 10 slowly with new muscle from lifting is barely worth mentioning. Most people would kill for that outcome. You're doing fine.

Lost 100 the hard way, gained 80 back. Lost 50 more, gained 30. Finally figured out this is the only path that sticks permanently and keeps T2 off the table. Worth it.

Microdosing to maintain rather than stopping is the underused option - full therapeutic dose isn't required to slow regain.

The regain after stopping is the consistent finding across GLP-1 trials - the medication suppresses appetite while active and that suppression ends when the medication does.

The 'cheating' criticism almost always comes from people who haven't dealt with the kind of metabolic resistance that makes standard approaches fail. 30 lbs since October on Reta is real progress and the bloodwork improvement is the part that matters long term. The people who regain after stopping aren't failing - the medication was managing something the body can't maintain on its own.

Counting calories and finding what actually works long-term is a real lesson that doesn't always come through until after the GLP-1 chapter. The 80 lbs in 18 months in the OP is remarkable and the not-quite-done piece is familiar. What did the calorie tracking reveal that the medication was masking before?

You can't just power through metabolic dysfunction with willpower alone, that approach won't hold up. Basically burned through a bunch of money there. And when you eventually try restarting after regaining everything, it'll likely work less effectively too.
