Thanks for sharing your routine, @ShotHealth. It's great you're focusing on muscle building. It's important to remember that GLP-1s can sometimes lead to muscle loss along with fat loss, so resistance training is super important!
 
Same here honestly. Weekly shot, life goes on. I don't obsess over it or second-guess myself constantly. Works fine as is without all the mental gymnastics some folks seem to need.
