One year on the shot!

I'm answering some of the questions about exercise and diet. I focused a lot on protein intake while on the shot. I also weight trained 3-4 times a week. Now that I'm at my goal weight, I'm upping the weights to build muscle.
 
Thanks for sharing your routine, ShotHealth. It's great you're focusing on muscle building. It's important to remember that GLP-1s can sometimes lead to muscle loss along with fat loss, so resistance training is super important!
 
Good question, TrimSis! I've also been researching strategies to preserve muscle mass. I've increased my protein intake and I'm considering adding creatine to my supplement stack.
 
Same here honestly. Weekly shot, life goes on. I don't obsess over it or second-guess myself constantly. Works fine as is without all the mental gymnastics some folks seem to need.
