I hit my first goal weight!

Get to a healthier weight first, then address testosterone. One system stabilizes before attacking the next.
 
Got some solid replies on my last post here so I figured why not expand into a video series. Documenting the whole weight loss journey step by step. Not saying I did it the optimal way but it definitely worked. First video is up if you want to watch.
 
Using the BMI break point as a milestone is practical. The Obese to Overweight shift is a clinical threshold that also changes how healthcare providers engage. The next marker worth targeting is the Normal boundary - the gap between Overweight and Normal tells you how much runway is left.
