Burn that belly fat!

This is perfectly timed! Just got the results from my body composition scan. Turns out that despite being at my goal weight, I still need to reduce visceral fat. I am predisposed to cardiovascular problems, so this is a big deal for me. I'm already doing great with my current protocol, but this is the next step I need to take. Thanks for the tips!

Thanks, Rene81.

I found some articles that back up what the video says. It's motivating to see so many studies pointing in the same direction - more cardio seems like a good idea for cutting down on tummy fat. It's my big goal right now, so I appreciate you sharing the video!

I've been on a GLP-1 for about three months now and I'm down around 25 pounds, which is great, but some people lose even more. It can be frustrating comparing yourself to others. I'm eating about 1400 calories a day, making sure to get at least 100g of protein, and drinking a ton of water. Also, I'm lifting weights three times a week and walking a mile every evening with my kids. Anyone have any other tips?

That's a solid routine. Keep it up! Don't get discouraged by other people's success. Everyone responds differently. 25lbs in 3 months is fantastic and VERY healthy. Don't try to rush it.

As someone with T2D, let me chime in. We often lose weight slower on these meds compared to people without diabetes. Don't compare yourself to others! You're doing great.

I think you're doing really well! Don't stress too much about comparing yourself to others. It's a marathon, not a sprint. Be proud of what you've achieved and give yourself a break.

Check next to your profile, I made it easier to find. You'll dig up what you need if you keep reading. There's tons of other sources on here if you keep hunting.

Lot to think about: Does the vendor have what you want? If not, dead end. Do they have current CoAs with real validation codes? Getting closer. Prices match other China sellers? If not, check shipping costs harder. Skip free shipping—want priority. My first vendor sent crazy paperwork with MSDS sheets on everything.

Gallbladder risk on GLP-1s is real - bile flow slows with fewer meals. Worth tracking with imaging if you're doing the full burn protocol for more than six months.

The liver connection to visceral fat is well-established and worth emphasizing - reducing refined carbs and alcohol directly impacts liver fat stores, which are the most metabolically active and usually the first to move. GLP-1s hit visceral fat especially well because they work on both the caloric side and the insulin response simultaneously.
