Hey everyone, I found this video that seemed pretty legit. It talked about how to get rid of visceral fat, and it actually cited some studies. Worth a watch, I think.

Basically, it says you need to do around 45 mins of moderate cardio a couple of times each week and eat plenty of colorful veggies (for carotenes) and drink green tea (for catechins).
