Stress is KILLING my appetite control. I'm dealing with big work problems and feel the urge to emotional eat everything! Is this normal?
Yes, stress definitely messes with those hunger signals. Cortisol will do that. Try ashwagandha or magnesium glycinate. that helps

75 lbs with that combination over 18 months is a strong result. The appetite side going that quiet at 2mg is consistent with what some people report at the upper dose. Beyond the weight - any of the other effects people mention on Ozempic, mood or energy or anything like that?

Year on Ozempic and at target weight since December is the end result. The alcohol interest going away is the unexpected perk that keeps coming up and the response tends to be outsized compared to what you'd expect from the mechanism. Did the shift happen gradually or was it more like a switch?

Weight Watchers as the foundation for learning to eat before or alongside the medication is an underrated combination. The OP's cravings changing and other unexpected effects are the layer that happens on top of whatever food habits you brought in. The ones who built some structure before the medication tend to do better on the behavioral side than the ones who start with no framework.

Absolutely! That's honestly a big reason I've stuck with this medication for maintenance, less pain overall, easier breathing, and no longer sitting right at the edge of a sleep apnea diagnosis either. All wins in my book!
