Lost 40+ lbs! My GLP-1 Story

Stoked about the weight dropped. Still have maybe 65 lbs to go. Slow pace works for me though.

190 to 138 with maintenance intact is the result profile that directly answers the comparison for the OP. 5'6" at 174 toward 132 is similar enough that 38 lbs is a genuinely close parallel. How long did active loss take before maintenance kicked in?
