Needles have terrified me my whole life. Getting to the point where I could actually inject myself meant I was truly at the end of my rope. That meant I was fully ready and committed to overhauling my habits. Early on I logged everything through an app and stuck to the cleanest eating possible, having read some scary accounts of side effects.
By the end of week one, I noticed I just wasn't drifting toward the snack drawer or even thinking about it. Breakfast became granola or overnight oats, lunch was salad with fruit, and dinner was a normal meal with my husband. Found I'd only get through about half before feeling done, but still genuinely enjoyed every bite up to that point. Total game changer. I've taken the opportunity to walk more, cut way back on sugary and junk food, and stay on top of my vitamins. Just take the leap, zero regrets here, feels like I'm reclaiming myself and I'm loving every bit of it!
