Struggling for every. single. pound. Anyone else?

I use that term because it's four syllables and captures the whole 'trying to lose weight knowing it's gonna be a long road' feeling. Teens came up with it, thought it fit better than anything else I've heard.

If you haven't seen movement in over a month it's probably time to bump the dose. No point staying at something that isn't working. You look so much healthier now. And your hair looks great too.

Two weeks on it and already no excitement around eating anything. Need nearly 70-100 gram protein daily but zero appetite. Shakes yogurt cottage cheese bars. Down five in two weeks awesome but appetite scares me more. Tons of water per directions but peeing constantly. Anyone hitting this same wall?

Tummy being last is the most common complaint here. Visceral fat stores last and leaves last. Protein and resistance work shift the composition over time but there's no shortcut to the order.

Month 3 with no movement at 0.25 and 0.5mg puts you in the lower range where many people don't see meaningful appetite suppression. The dose response curve shifts significantly for most people above 1mg. Has your provider discussed moving up or is there a reason for staying at the lower range?

Sounds a lot like my situation. Started at 215, began in early January at 2mg, first couple weeks dropped 5 then 4 pounds, mostly water I'm sure. Mostly held to a four-week rotation, extended one or two steps that were performing especially well out to six, currently sitting at 9mg. Original target was 170-175, adjusted that lower since. Averaged about 2.2 pounds weekly overall. Had a few flat weeks and a few slight upticks mixed in. Need to figure out a maintenance approach soon. Planning to stay on this as long as possible. Only weighing in once a week too. This has all been reta.

Didn't see results until I hit 10mg, then lost over 50 lbs across 9 months.
