Been on Wegovy since early December, also a really slow ramp for me, tired out the couple days following each shot for the first five months (much better now), and it felt like nothing was happening. Dealing with Ulcerative Colitis, so my doctor and I agreed on a low and slow approach. Held at .25 and .5 for eight weeks apiece, then 1.0 for thirteen weeks. Just moved up to the 1.7 pen but not taking a full dose yet - counting clicks to land around 1.2mg, still easing in. So across seven months I've only dropped about 15 pounds and hit a plateau for a stretch. Now that the dose bumped up I'm hoping a bit more comes off. I'm also apparently a whoosher - nothing for a while, then suddenly 4-5 pounds vanish at once. Definitely got frustrated (still do sometimes), but honestly the slower pace suits me better and I've made peace with it. My advice would be to hang on and let more time pass. Everybody's response is different, this is your body's own path to walk. Keep going, and for what it's worth, I'm glad I kept at it too. Good luck!
