Hi,

Here is how the order in Vendor Information works, for everyone asking.

Top of the section — fixed places:
- sponsored folders, pinned at the top with a "★ SPONSOR" label
- our own "Partner with GLP FAQ" folder

These do not move.

Below that — all free folders, sorted by the time of the newest post.
Post something new and your folder moves up. When another supplier posts after you, they go above you. The order changes all day.

Please note: the order is not updated instantly. It refreshes every10 minutes, so after you post, wait up to 10 minutes and reload the page.

Two things that do NOT move a folder up:
- editing an old post
- editing your folder or profile

Only a new post or a new reply counts.

So a free folder can reach the first place below the pinned ones, but it will move down again as others post.
