Vendor rules — please read before you post
1. Posts about your products go in your own folder. Every vendor has a folder in Vendor Information. Price lists, product news, promotions and contact details belong there. Not in the community sections, and not in another vendor's folder. If you post them somewhere else, we move the thread into your folder.
2. Outside your folder, write in English. Almost all readers here live in the US. They skip posts they cannot read. Translate your text before you post it, and post the English version. Simple English is enough. Inside your own folder you can use any language, but very few members will read non-English posts.
3. Join the discussions — as yourself. You are welcome to answer questions anywhere on the forum, in your own words. Do not write as if you were a patient or a customer, and do not post reviews of your own products.
4. No medical promises. Do not say a product cures, treats or prevents an illness. Do not tell members what dose to take. This is a forum, not a clinic. Posts like that are removed.
If you break these rules. The first time, we put it right and write to you about it. If it keeps happening and our messages are ignored, we reserve the right to stop working with that vendor: we can delete the posts, close the folder and block the account.
