Anyone else stall around month 3 on the same dose?

So I hit a wall about three months in and I'm a little stuck on what to do. First couple months the weight just fell off, then nothing for almost a month even though I haven't touched my dose. Did anyone else go through this? Trying to figure out if I should just be patient or actually bring it up with my provider.

the therapeutic dose distinction is the missing variable in most early plateau conversations - the starting doses are titration steps, not the doses where the clinical effect is expected to be fully expressed. the months it takes to reach a meaningful dose level mean that most people who stall in the first three months are measuring the medication's performance at a dose it was never designed to produce full results at

43 down and the month 3 stall breaking on its own is a really common pattern. Titrating up to 6mg and hitting a ceiling where it started feeling off rather than just going higher is actually useful data about where your individual threshold lands. Backing down and then seeing it move again is how a lot of people find their actual working dose.

If you've been stuck around a month, that's usually the right window to bump the dose slightly. Happened to me recently too, plateaued in the low 220s from mid-May through mid-June. Increased the amount and food just stopped appealing to me for now.

Went through a stall lasting over two months straight. Kept following the same routine regardless. Tracked food intake closely, and eventually progress on the scale resumed.

Pretty sure I'm in that same boat, just hit month three and have been stalled since month two, probably need to add more movement into the mix.

A three-ounce range over an entire month? Must be some incredibly precise scale, since my number would swing several pounds even back during the phase where a pound of net loss took roughly three weeks.

Now that things have leveled off about ten pounds above my lowest point, I can swing four or five pounds within a single week.

So I'm bumping the amount back up and trying to recommit. Genuinely doubt dropping to a smaller amount would actually help.

Ride it out for now. As long as you're still losing there's no reason to go up. Squeeze the most out of each step before you hit max dose or run into harsh effects. Stalled longer than 3 weeks? Then consider raising it, provided hunger stays manageable, and after a raise give it about 4 weeks before going up again, since that's roughly how long levels take to settle so you can tell if it works as intended.

Same experience here. It'll come down. Give it some months, mine did. Then it stalled, dropped again, and so on, so my weight chart is a staircase with sharp drops and long flat stretches. A higher dose could help.

That's not a plateau, it takes three months to count as a plateau. I moved up each time my weight began ticking upward. That happened 3 times, mostly at lower weights. Context: I'm on 12.5mg every seven days and have dropped 25Kg / 4 Stones / 55 pounds in around 18 months or so. Just took injection number 61 and I've had 3 'holidays' with a partial washout, which also helps effects kick in on restart. Currently 25% of my bodyweight is gone and I am probably only 6-8 lbs off target, in line with the big studies. My advice: keep going one more month or so, OP, and if weight goes up, add 1.25mg and check. Track everything and follow the chart, another stall of 3 to 5 weeks means another 1.25 (tally the clicks), though I'd wager your weight will start dropping again soon. Best of luck.
