Anyone else stall around month 3 on the same dose?

So I hit a wall about three months in and I'm a little stuck on what to do. First couple months the weight just fell off, then nothing for almost a month even though I haven't touched my dose. Did anyone else go through this? Trying to figure out if I should just be patient or actually bring it up with my provider.

the therapeutic dose distinction is the missing variable in most early plateau conversations - the starting doses are titration steps, not the doses where the clinical effect is expected to be fully expressed. the months it takes to reach a meaningful dose level mean that most people who stall in the first three months are measuring the medication's performance at a dose it was never designed to produce full results at

43 down and the month 3 stall breaking on its own is a really common pattern. Titrating up to 6mg and hitting a ceiling where it started feeling off rather than just going higher is actually useful data about where your individual threshold lands. Backing down and then seeing it move again is how a lot of people find their actual working dose.

If you've been stuck around a month, that's usually the right window to bump the dose slightly. Happened to me recently too, plateaued in the low 220s from mid-May through mid-June. Increased the amount and food just stopped appealing to me for now.

Went through a stall lasting over two months straight. Kept following the same routine regardless. Tracked food intake closely, and eventually progress on the scale resumed.
