Really resonates, seeing myself in a lot of what you've described. About 10kg, 22 pounds, from goal, shifting a bit as I get closer. Used to be dead set on quitting cold turkey once I arrived, that's flip-flopped a lot, but now I get I can't just stop if I want to hold onto everything gained.
Biggest shift was moving past just cardio and picking up weight training. Bodybuilding isn't the goal for most, but once I saw muscle forming, I knew staying on something long term made sense, whichever peptide or combination that ends up being. The metabolic support, appetite control, blood sugar stability, lower inflammation, heart benefits, all of it matters.
Sorry if this rambles, got emotional reading everyone's stories and it stirred up my own thinking about this journey.
