Tirz end-game strats?

Hong Kong Yanpep International
Could try staying at a lower dose or switch to a different med since many report easier side effects.

Tried a calculator? There's a whole suite of free GLP-1 tools out there for reconstitution, dosing, side effects — covers sema and tirz.

14 weeks in: dropped from 211 to 190 lbs on 3mg weekly. been slow lifting 2x a week (recovering from injuries), walking 2 miles 4–5 days a week. next goal is 180. picture update coming then.

hit my 6-month mark with this stuff and it's already transformed things. tracking calories, drinking water, whole foods, walking. can't wait to see where i'm at in another 6.

I went with chia seeds and milled flaxseeds - about 1.5 tablespoons of each. Going once daily, no straining, and honestly impressed with how it works. Early on with tirz was rough, but this combo changed things.

Chia plus flaxseed combination is the most reliable soluble fiber stack for tirz GI issues - the gel-forming mechanism from chia and the mucilaginous effect from flax together address both motility and stool consistency. Daily regularity without straining means the protocol is working at the right calibration.

Exhaustion's happening because you're not eating enough! So yeah, scale back the dose and start lifting, that'll bring appetite back up and improve how you look.

Really resonates, seeing myself in a lot of what you've described. About 10kg, 22 pounds, from goal, shifting a bit as I get closer. Used to be dead set on quitting cold turkey once I arrived, that's flip-flopped a lot, but now I get I can't just stop if I want to hold onto everything gained.

Biggest shift was moving past just cardio and picking up weight training. Bodybuilding isn't the goal for most, but once I saw muscle forming, I knew staying on something long term made sense, whichever peptide or combination that ends up being. The metabolic support, appetite control, blood sugar stability, lower inflammation, heart benefits, all of it matters.

Sorry if this rambles, got emotional reading everyone's stories and it stirred up my own thinking about this journey.

Clearly responding well given the dose and progress so far, which helps a lot. Doesn't seem to matter much whether tirz or reta finishes the remaining loss or handles maintenance, looks like there's enough dosing room left on tirz to reach target either way. Only real point worth stressing is that evidence suggests staying near the dose that produced the loss is what actually keeps it off, though plenty here maintain fine on lower amounts. Given how much weight you'll be holding onto, trying a lower maintenance dose seems reasonable, just don't be surprised if regaining means having to push the dose back up again.

Have to gradually taper once you're at your target weight. Keep whatever's left, just transfer it into a smaller container. Getting rid of it properly costs a lot.
