First month on Zepbound - my thoughts

Hong Kong Yanpep International
People swear by the first-10-days-each-month rhythm. I prefer longer stretches because you get more consistent results that way. Might run it three times this year depending on how things feel.

been on sema for almost a year now and dropped nearly 100 pounds. nausea and vomiting were brutal at first—made it hard to keep anything down. visually i'm not where i expected to be even with the weight. went down a couple sizes but feel like something's off. never took before pics so i can't actually compare. body dysmorphia maybe?

Wasn't really chasing weight loss with this, though I have dropped 12 pounds in just over two weeks. Planning to bring up Zepbound with my doctor and see if that's a path worth taking.

Congrats on starting out! Biggest advice, stay patient. Went in expecting instant changes and that just wasn't how my body responded. My telehealth provider did a good job setting expectations early on.

I get it, that's rough. Started at 263 myself and didn't see or feel anything working until I hit 7.5mg. Patience, it'll click eventually, trust the process. My rule was a month, two max, and if nothing changed by then I'd bump the dose. Sitting at a low amount long-term works great for some people, but not always.

Zepbound here. Same story though. Nine pounds gone the first month, holding at the 2.5mg amount. Doctor wants to stick with that until it stops working.

Honestly not hungry most of the time, and eating in general has become something to force through. Water intake's also lower than it should be.

Pizza has caused some of the worst stomach trouble imaginable.

Sweets manage the exact same thing somehow.

Also dealing with ibs and pcos on top of it all.
