Diarrhea's a widely reported side effect, no surprise there. Didn't get that one personally, but the lower amount did nothing so moved up a level. Then got nauseous every time food went in and couldn't risk being sick during lectures or the commute, so had to drop back down and taper off since stomach pain was still an issue.
Then took a month completely off to reset, since the doctor wanted another eight-week trial at the lower amount. Once restarting after that break, during which more weight actually came off than during the entire first stretch on the medication, there was still zero benefit.
Was choking on thick, poorly digested food, sludge-like vomit on the rare occasion of actually throwing up, and eating basically the same since nothing was working, feeling close to passing out from it, so took nine months completely off after that.
After that break, tried the lower amount again and within about an hour had heartburn so severe it genuinely felt like a heart attack, nearly ended up in the emergency room over it, only avoided that because an antacid actually worked. Yeah, never touching this again, same goes for the other main option in this class. Similar side effects there too.
