The gastro virus coinciding with the first Ozempic week is a genuinely important data point for the thread - it changes the interpretation of every early side effect report that came before the edit. For the OP feeling terrible, this is worth keeping in mind: the first week of Ozempic can be rough, but it's also the window when GI bugs will hit hardest. Has anything changed since posting?
