taking mounjaro and crushing it with minimal side effects. a1c went from 8.0 down to 4.9 and i've dropped 65 pounds. if you're on these meds you gotta read The Ozempic Revolution by alexandra sowa—covers weight, nutrition, lifestyle. also check out Weightless by rocio salas-whalen. both are basically required reading. audio versions if you prefer podcasts.

If only a small amount needs to come off, try a week of zero carbs instead. Or a week of intermittent fasting. Doesn't make much sense starting a medication meant for diabetes and severe obesity when the target loss is this minor.

Best discussed with your doctor, not strangers online. I've struggled with weight my whole life, big, thin and everything between more than once, and losing weight won't magically fix self-esteem. Helpful maybe, but it takes work. GLP1s are a tool for weight loss rather than a quick fix, and you'll need to do the work on it. I'd also recommend therapy. Your worth doesn't depend on your weight or size. I'm sorry people made you feel it does.
