Ozempic plateau - anyone else?

had a dose wobble on semaglutide that made it stop working. switched to a low dose of tirzepatide and at first thought it wasn't working because there's no nausea like sema gave. but gave it a shot and quietly forgot about food. lost another 15 lbs in 6 weeks on the second-lowest dose.

went from 0.25 to 0.50 to 1mg on wegovy, then looked into switching to tirzepatide. conversion charts say 1-2.4mg of sema is like 5mg of this other one. started at 2.5mg to be safe but by day 3 the appetite stuff was gone, so maybe i needed more.

True to an extent, plateaus do happen sometimes. When they do I switch over to eating at maintenance level for a stretch, then head back into a deficit. Kind of resets things.

Yep, hitting the gym three to four times weekly, roughly 7-10k steps most weekdays. Staying hydrated and sleeping fine. Was already working out before starting ozempic, then got injured and ballooned up to 300lbs. Started exercising again six months before beginning Ozempic, and since the scale wasn't budging on its own, figured trying the medication might speed things along given I'm nearly 40 and refuse to accept this as permanent.

Hoping it just needs more time before I see movement, but I'll probably quit within three months if nothing changes. Losing confidence in it honestly, and if the drug isn't going to deliver, I'd rather go back to doing this without spending so much on it.
